I’ve been coming to Jay Wolfe Toyota for many years now. I had wonderful customer service today with John and he made sure my car was taken care of. He also notify me as soon as my car was done. I waS paying outright for a car and it took Over 90 minutes to complete the transaction on a week night. poor communication Let me first point out that when I gave the service center 2 stars, it was for this experience only. I am generally satisfied with the service center Let me first point out that when I gave the service center 2 stars, it was for this experience only. I am generally satisfied with the service center and have been a customer for years. However, at about 9:30 on Monday morning I called to schedule an oil change and was told I could come in at 11:00 that day. I told the scheduling person that I was using a coupon I had received in the mail. She knew nothing of the coupon. I arrived for my appointment on time, and checked in. Again, the individual checking me in had no knowledge of the coupon, and did not really know how to charge for the service. I was told it would be an hour. After more than an hour, I went back to the desk and was told my car was just being taken in for service, and it would be another hour. I was told they had people who didn't make it in to work. (The weather was bad, but I had no problem on the roads.) I elected to cancel the service that day, and made an appointment for the next day. My problem: I would think that at the time I made the phone call to schedule, they would have known that some people were not coming in and that work would be slow. I should have been informed. They also did not inform me of the situation when I checked in. I waited for over an hour and on my own initiative went to the desk to check on the status. I wonder if anyone would have come to tell me that it would be another hour. I did have the work done yesterday, but again, they really didn't know how to charge for the service using the coupon, but we got it worked out. Problem: If coupons are going to be sent in the mail, local dealerships need to be aware and need to know how to ring up the service so that the price promised matches the coupon. Barring future problems, I will continue to use this dealership as it is near my home and I have had all my service performed there for years. I will certainly not attempt to use any coupons in the future. More

Overall service and wait time was satisfactory.
