Unnecessary wait.. Everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful, my 15,000 mile check up was done and they found the leak in the back hatch and ordered the part (haven't Everyone we dealt with was nice and helpful, my 15,000 mile check up was done and they found the leak in the back hatch and ordered the part (haven't heard that it is in yet)....HOWEVER.... we sat in the waiting room 30 - 45 minutes after my car was done! We saw a clean Rav4 driven out and parked that looked like mine (but there are lots of red Rav4s) and figured if it was mine they would be right out to tell us it was done. We sat there another 30 -45 minutes before they came and told us it was done. We went and got the report on the car, we were told that they were sorry but they weren't washing cars that day because of the weather (that's the way it goes), they were ordering a part and my car was out to the south of the building. We looked all over for my car and were on our way back to ask where it was when I decided to push the key fob....well guess what....that clean Rav4 that had been out there for quite a while was mine!!!!! I went in and told the guy that he really had me going...car was clean after all and it had been there for at least 30 minutes. He apologized and said he had just gotten back from lunch....OK...everyone deserves lunch but couldn't someone else finish the paperwork and get us on our way?? I think I have learned not to schedule a service for mid morning.... just in case it runs into lunch times......... More

Honestly when we walked in to buy a new truck, the guy helping us was all smiles and just couldn’t do enough. After we bought the truck and walked in the other door for our truck to have maintenance... no helping us was all smiles and just couldn’t do enough.
