Wish buying a car was not so time consuming and stressful Excellent facility with lovely cafe for customers (free) and good inventory to choose from. Still tough to get a price on a car so it still feels like I'm being "sold" more than "shopping" for a car although Goos was pleasant and did not pressure. Still, I would have preferred to feel valued from the beginning and not just when I was finally signing an offer. I won't hesitate to shop there again of course and will do my best to become a valued customer but when you are perceived to be "shopping" price, it's like pulling teeth to get some genuine care and concern. Would like to meet a car salesperson that considers themselves a "consultative partner" who comes alongside to help me "shop around" and not just try to get me to buy whatever I'm looking at in the moment. Of course, once you are a buyer, you get treated well. Moe Zatar was excellent as was David Mapel who helped us finalize the sale. Just wish it didn't take 3 hours to buy a car. Next time I'll try to do it all online and just show up for signing and pickup or maybe even do a delivery if available. I can only rate the price as fair because I was buying the hottest commodity and you can't expect the dealer to cut price on something you know will sell at full price. So no blame at all. More
