Frustration I am dissatisfied with the audio in my car. The features do not always work; however, I know the problems are not consistent enough that the service I am dissatisfied with the audio in my car. The features do not always work; however, I know the problems are not consistent enough that the service techs would be able to locate them. It also frustrates me that the navigation didn’t recognize my address when I purchased the car (I had been living in this new home for 3 years). It still does not recognize my home address if I try to enter it so I have to settle for a non-descript intersection nearby. When I asked the service desk about the audio problems and if there were options, he directed me to a salesman. When I went to the salesman, he referred me to service. The salesman came back a few minutes later to tell me what would be available if I would purchase a 2020 RAV4...Mine is only a 2018. That just doesn’t make financial sense. I anticipate trading my car in a couple of years when I am done commuting 100 miles per day to work. At that point, I will consider other makes of vehicles. In the past, when I was ready for a new car, I went straight to Toyota. Right now I am looking at the expense of upgrading my audio at my own expense. I realize that in the scope of the vehicle, this may seem minor, but I am in the car a lot and am tired of some of the frustration. I have ridden in other makes of vehicles and their audio and accessories which are part of the system far outpace Toyota. My final frustration is that the service associates are eager to tell you what your car needs...even up to $900 worth of things. However, they never have told me if I need to have something done/checked in order to keep my long-term warranty active. More

Pleased with the atmosphere and staff interaction I walked into this dealership to look at a pre-owned Toyota vehicle and I was very pleased with my experience. Jessica Velasco was the employee who sh I walked into this dealership to look at a pre-owned Toyota vehicle and I was very pleased with my experience. Jessica Velasco was the employee who shared information on the vehicle and went with me when I took a test drive. I decided to purchase the vehicle and the paperwork process was super smooth. I did have to wait for the Finance department due to the two on site being busy, but that was not a big deal to me. Overall a great experience and I am excited about my "new" Tacoma!! More
