Service It took over 5 minutes to be waited on to pick up my car after being told it was ready and I had to ask someone to help me. After looking for my recei It took over 5 minutes to be waited on to pick up my car after being told it was ready and I had to ask someone to help me. After looking for my receipt they then could not get a receipt for me from my credit card payment. Then they disappeared for a few minutes to get someone and finally said my car would be driven up front shortly. All of this took over 15 minutes.. This process needs to be improved especially with the Covid-19. Having to stand in a crowded place we’re social distancing can not be maintained. More

Simple problem, bad tire at 2,500 miles on a new Tacoma. Simple solution, tire replaced, no hassle, no charge, one hour visit. Happy. Better than I imagined it would be I started out the day planning to test drive Camry's and Corolla's. I walked up to main door and Michael met us at the door. He asked what he could he I started out the day planning to test drive Camry's and Corolla's. I walked up to main door and Michael met us at the door. He asked what he could help with. I told him what I was looking at. The mileage I wanted and the price I was looking at. We walked to his computer and immediately came up with a car better than I was expecting. As soon as I sat down to drive the 2019 Corolla with 545 miles, well under my price expectation...I knew the car was mine! I drove one other car but knew the Corolla was mine. I appreciated that Michael just let me decide and didn't try to push anything else. I drove away with my new car that day. More

Lot has to do with our super sales guy Fadil, he always fights for you, makes sure you are getting the vehicle you are looking for and follows up after the sale to make sure you are happy. I also have to shout out to Moe for getting the numbers where they needed to be David Mapel for making the paperwork experience in financing quick and easy and could answer all my questions and to Tony Toy my service writer, has been great throughout the years. Recommend to all to stop by the dealership if your looking for a great car, the experience at the dealership is second to none. More
