Used car purchase The dealership in general is great, but when purchasing this vehicle from them, not so great. This is the 4th vehicle I have purchased from them and that did not matter at all, being such a loyal customer. I had issues with Samantha Stoops chatting with her and talking on the phone. Let's just say this, when a vehicle is listed on your website at a certain price, it should be honored or at least split with the customer regarding the wrong price. In this situation it wasn't, I was told when my daughter and I went in to purchase the vehicle the price listed was the final price and nothing less, and this was after I visited the dealership approximately 7 times. Now let's jump forward 7 days and come to find out that the vehicle I traded in is on the lot and on your website for double the price that you allowed me for trade-in. I don't consider that good business practice at all, especially to such a loyal customer/family as ours. My old vehicle is still to this day on the website for double the price. I don't know what else to say. More
Thank you for requiring both customers and employees to wear masks. I realize some people have not yet adapted to the reality that masks keep people safe (and are going to be necessary to keep businesses wear masks. I had to bring car back in Monday and wait for two panels to be installed on each side of console that did not get put back on after Saturday recall work was done. I had to drive from Gower and wait to get work completed when should have been done first time. More

Had questions on phone linkage and they made sure I understood them before I left. I spent over two hours for a hood latch that didn't close properly and besides it not getting fixed (which I don't blame you for), there were no drinks or even vending machines available.
