When calling to set up a service appointment it was a three step process being put on hold multiple times. I went in to have an air pressure sensor replaced on my car. I was very satisfied with every aspect of my visit. The service I received was fine. The issue I had was that I asked how long it would take as it seemed there were a lot of people and I had my 2-year-old son with me. I was told no more than an hour. I have gone to Jay Wolfe Toyota twice and both experiences have been nothing but the best. The employees are always friendly and helpful and answer any questions or concerns I may have. The mechanics suggest potential services I might consider having done to my vehicle, but they never push unnecessary maintenance services or parts when I say 'no thank you'. I am treated like an important customer at Jay Wolfe. I feel well taken care of when I go to Jay Wolfe Toyota and I would rather drive farther and pay dealership prices in order to have them service my vehicle than stay in town and receive inferior service from local shops. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota because of their exceptional employees, superior customer service, and the quality of their vehicle maintenance. More
