Not sure if he actually did but he was that personable! There is a reason why I pay the extra money to get my car serviced at your place, it's like no other. Everyone is so nice and I don't ever feel preserved into getting an extra service or changing this and that. Had I gone to Jiffy Lube, they would have told me I needed to replace 5 different things from my 2012 Toyota Yaris. After Red (the cars name) got taken care of, I was told that at someone soon I need to replace two things. I really appreciated that. Everyone that works there is fantastic and attentive. Keep up the awesome work! More
Yesterday morning at Jay Wolfe Toyota: Having only one car, we were panicked when our Prius' 12-volt battery fatigued, but Gabriel told us to come up and that the service department would " Having only one car, we were panicked when our Prius' 12-volt battery fatigued, but Gabriel told us to come up and that the service department would "work us in". Upon our arrival, we were immediately signed in by Gabriel and shown where the cafe and waiting area is. The concierge was pleasant and offered us available items, and we were so relieved to know that our problem had a reasonable solution. Our 5-year warranty helped offset some of the cost which was also a huge relief. Our thank you goes to all involved! Carol and Paul Hilpman More
