Extremely Helpful Service Manager We really appreciated Randy taking extra steps to help us with our granddaughter's Scion. We brought it in for an oil change, to find cause of tire p We really appreciated Randy taking extra steps to help us with our granddaughter's Scion. We brought it in for an oil change, to find cause of tire pressure light staying on, and to have a new key purchased on-line programmed. The key did not have necessary "chip" or "cell" so we asked that the old cracked casing be replaced with the new. Randy had to key cut and switch the insides, then discovered the old one had a cell that could not be switched. We were not charged for the key cutting only the oil change. In addition, the car was inspected for other problems and the tire pressure light was fixed. We did order a new key so my granddaughter will have a spare that does more than open the door. Randy went "the extra mile" for us and we are very grateful. More

I spent a lot of time with our salesman and meeting other employees who were part of our decision process, and I always felt like a preferred customer. I only have one complaint about the Toyota Dealership as a whole (this is not directed toward Jay Wolfe, individually, but rather the corporation). Even though I felt like I made a fair trade for my vehicle, I know for certain that the Toyota corporation still made a profit on my purchase, and I'm sure it was a significant one. So refusing to allow me to use my credit card for the purchase for more than $2,000 was frustrating to me. I realize the company pays a fee for any CC purchase, but you more than make that back in my purchase, and I'm sure I would be more willing to return if I knew this was a service I could count on next time. I am paying 0% interest to Toyota for the financing anyway, so it doesn't make a difference whether I finance it there or on my CC! I have purchased three new vehicles in the past 3 years, and the other two times (with Chrysler), I was allowed a $10,000 charge on my CC. More

Excellent friendly service, as usual My 2011 Toyota Camry 2.5 liter 4-cyl needed its 10,000 mile oil & filter change. As usual, the technician checked other systems for problems. The Camry's interior was vacuumed and its exterior was washed. I waited in a clean comfortable area and I enjoyed a bagel, an orange, and orange juice while I waited. The person serving us waiting service customers was cheerfully efficient and friendly. From August 1999 forward we have been Jay Wolfe Toyota Service customers. We give this dealership's service department half the credit for the excellent service our Toyota autos have given since August 1999. Even the best products need consistently excellent service to keep working long term. Our 1998 Camry, bought in August 1999 with 9,400 miles, still runs well for our son in July 2014 with 310,000 miles behind it. Thank you Jay Wolfe Toyota Service Department! More
