Excellent service experience as a customer. With my pre scheduled appointment, Jay Wolf's service technician greeted me at my Tacoma pickup door window...listened to what I needed, asked if I wo With my pre scheduled appointment, Jay Wolf's service technician greeted me at my Tacoma pickup door window...listened to what I needed, asked if I would like for my vehicle to be washed (which I declined because I had washed it the day before) and escorted me to the service counter where he wrote up a service ticket. Then he took me to the customer waiting area, introduced me to a young lady who asked if I would like any soft drink beverage or coffee, etc., cookies and/or a sandwich, while I was waiting...which I took advantage of. Seems that within a few minutes she came back to the customer lounge area where I was waiting and said that my vehicle was completed...and then escorted me back to the service area where the service manager where I was given my keys and told there would be no charges because my vehicle was under warranty. More
