The maintenance was finished quicker than the estimate given and of course, I was very comfortable in the lounge with a complimentary snack and soft drink while I waited. I used a coupon for the oil change which made the cost less than if my husband changed it at home, so I will definetly save my husband the trouble if I continue getting bargain prices. I love the service here! More

But the team that Greg Hines has put together is “Truly Exceptional”. I have had frequent scheduled maintenance repeatedly dealing with Greg, Tony Toy, and Darrell Gear; they go the extra effort to make sure that the service experience is a pleasant one. The Service Team is the “Number 1” reason why I would purchase a Toyota in the future. And the having Jordan Bugella take me to work with the service vehicle is great and allows me to leave my Avalon for the day. And, the service team can testify that I am "VERY" particular about my Avalon. More

I told Michael Margolin he would have to come up with a really good deal for me to give up my 2010 Prius, because I really like it alot and have no complaints. Well, he came up with an offer we couldn't refuse, and now I have a beautiful new Nautical Blue Metallic Prius. The day after I picked it up, I drove it 13 hours to Albuquerque and it handled perfectly. More
