Truly exceptional When I tried the ignition, there was nothing and realized the battery was dead. I immediately called Tony & was told to try & find someone to jumpstar When I tried the ignition, there was nothing and realized the battery was dead. I immediately called Tony & was told to try & find someone to jumpstart the battery if I could. I was able to do that & called in again telling him that I would be arriving in 35 min. He was able to work me in with his other customers & I can't tell you how much I appreciated his efforts getting me in right away. He also spent a little time going over the past service on my car. He made me feel at ease after such a stressful morning. So helpful. More

Suggested use of extended warranty plan I was very pleased to find out that when I set up the appointment it was suggested that I bring any extended warranty plan that I had purchased. I do I was very pleased to find out that when I set up the appointment it was suggested that I bring any extended warranty plan that I had purchased. I doubted it would have been useful, but to my surprise, Tony called the plan and validated that the mechanical part was 100% covered. I am very pleased with the overall service, as I felt the service team was looking out for my best interest. More
Good car service, bad concierge The car service was just routine maintenance and it was good. They did see that I had two recalls on my car and were able to fix one, which was awesom The car service was just routine maintenance and it was good. The food and drinks are a nice luxury but the lady handing them out should be a little nicer and not seem like you're such a burden to her. She didn't smile, ask what i would like or reply when told thank you, nothing. Just some common courtesy would be nice. More
