This is my first time owning a Toyota and I have not been impressed until this recent visit. I perform 90% of my own maintenance and have restored cars since I was 6 with my father so I can detect “xx” quickly and as an AF colonel have not tolerance for what I consider thieves. This being said, Gabriel O’Brien provided the best dealership service experience in my life. He makes your other service reps look inferior. I hope the other Jay Wolfe Toyota staff doesn’t ruin him and his extraordinary level of customer service! More

When we came back to purchase the vehicle, we were again pleasantly surprised to find a concierge, complimentary kindle availability, fountain drinks, made to order sandwiches, flat screen TVs everywhere, extremely comfortable couches, fireplace, outdoor patio, etc...felt more like a hotel! I will not have any hesitation to take my vehicle in for scheduled service knowing the level of comfort provided while you wait. A stark contrast to other dealerships who should take notes from Wolfe Toyota on how to exceed customer satisfaction. Well done! More
