They had the Tundra I called about sitting out front of the dealership and had already assigne I had a great experience working with Jay Wolfe Toyota. They had the Tundra I called about sitting out front of the dealership and had already assigned me a salesman who was ready for me when I walked in with the keys for the truck in hand. The sales team worked hard to make the deal right where I needed it to be without ever asking anything for anything outrageous from me. I purchased the truck late in the evening and had found a couple issues which went unnoticed prior to finishing the deal and leaving. I made one phone call to my salesman who made sure I was 100% satisfied. I highly recommend this dealership. More

Desire to provide complete service This was actually a two visit trip. First trip, included oil change, but also brought my steering wheel shake to the forefront. We did a balance and This was actually a two visit trip. First trip, included oil change, but also brought my steering wheel shake to the forefront. We did a balance and wheel alignment and the problem was still there. I sent John an e-mail and said the shake was still there and that I was not satisfied with the service provided. He agreed with me that he felt like there must have been more that could be done, but during the first visit there were no other solutions. During visit #2, it was decided to go ahead and complete the tire rotation to see if this eliminated the shake. The shake was still there. Some possible solutions now are the need for new tires or the possibility of a slightly bent shaft. I opted to drive a while longer and to do my own research. I was happy with John's willingness and want to provide the best service possible. More
