Friday 7/31/20 Oil Change My appt was at 7:30 & I was about 15 min late but told the gal that booked it that I'd be there by 7:45. I arrived at 7:40 and after Bat took all o My appt was at 7:30 & I was about 15 min late but told the gal that booked it that I'd be there by 7:45. I arrived at 7:40 and after Bat took all of my information, I notified him that I had someone coming to my house at 9:30. I proceeded to the closed lounge where I ended up sitting on the dealership side by myself and was told I had to keep my mask on (even though no one was within 20-30 feet of me. The overall service was good but I had to go looking for my rep (Bat) at about 9:10am to see if my car was done (after I was told that it'd be about a 45 min service). I had to rush out of there in order to get to my house & was a few minutes late for meeting the ppl I had coming to my house. More

While I didn’t end up buying that day, I knew I would be buying from Gonzalo at some point. Two weeks later I contacted him in regards to what is now my vehicle. Not only did he make my first car buying experience a positive one, the whole process was smooth, friendly and professional.
