He is outstanding. Also the lounge was new since my last visit and since I traveled quite a ways to receive service at Jay Wolfe I had planned on waiting for my repairs, knowing that it would be a long day. The lounge was so pleasant and the attendants so accommodating that I didn't mind the wait at all. There was plenty of reading material and I enjoyed the lunch that was furnished. What a great idea. I have never had this special attention with any other dealership or repair shop. I have some further repairs that need to be done in the next few months and will return to your service department for them because I was so impressed with Josh and your team. Thanks!! More

In and out in an hour as promised. 10,000 mile mainrenance took the one I hour I was told and cost nothing because of the Toyota Care we got when we purchased the car.
