They worked efficiently to obtain the car of my choice since the color I wanted wasn't on the their lot. The experience on-site is great, but the follow-up phone calls are annoying. It's not even from someone you had the experience with, but rather someone that continues to call and call and call, even after you've told them to please not call again. Joe, Mo and Abbey did an excellent job though so I'll be back! Love my new car? More

We met him the following day to view the car and test drive. While new, Mark was very helpful and made the process very smooth. Worked directly with Joe Cardello GM on working with the price and wife left that day with her new car. Trade value we received was exactly what I was expecting. Good Service, but Took Longer Than Expected The service, as always, was good. There's an issue on my Camry, which Tony brought to my attention again to try and get it addressed. The "took longer than expected" was that I was told it would take about 90 minutes for the scheduled service, but it took about 45 minutes longer. As a suggestion, it would have been nice to have been informed around the 90 minute mark that it was going to take longer. Other than that, very satisfied. More
