My experience Every;thing was as explained. Car was finished on time and cost was exactly what I was told it would be. When explaining what was going to be done Every;thing was as explained. Thoses pictures made me feel a little better about spending the money to do the service maintenance. Also my car was washed when I picked up my car. More

Awesome service! Our 6 month check up was actually fun! Beyond our regular 6 mo items there were a few other things we needed checked out. There I am at the counter giving the standard "it sounds like "buzzzzz" and Gabriel actively listened to understand. We were to the car and he showed me a few things which "fixed" my problems - all user errors. I never felt I was the village idiot, he was just happy we got these problems solved. While waiting, I needed help solving my lack of navigation skills. Saman, our original sales person was there and went out of his way to get a like car to show me how it worked. Again, Saman did an outstanding job making what seemed to be so difficult so simple, just step by step and again, I never felt like the "village idiot". When my service was complete I got in my nice clean car and drove away feeling like a million bucks. That afternoon I went to volunteer and I noticed all of the Jay Wolf Toyota's in the parking lot. With service and sales like I experience no wonder there were so many JW Toyota's. More

Spring Tune Up I had my 2011 Tundra in for a Spring Tune-up. They were very nice, got my vehicle in promptly and serviced everything I asked them to, even washed m I had my 2011 Tundra in for a Spring Tune-up. Buying a new car with a new dealer. The sales group was courteous and worked with us efficiently. I especially liked the way we negotiated the price with little stress to it.
