He actually popped the hood of my car and as I was explaining my issues, a service tech came over, took a look, and pointed out a telltale stain on my hood lining indicated a possible leaking water pump. Tony then took me to the office, took down my info, then led me to the exceptional customer lounge. Tony had my estimate to me very quickly and kept me informed on the progress. I was extremely impressed by the exceptional service I received from Tony and the entire staff at Jay Wolfe Toyota. The lounge was outstanding and what a great idea. I will definitely return to Jay Wolfe if I need service on my Matrix. Kudos to the staff--and the young lady at the lounge was very friendly. More

My morning didn't go as planned and I couldn't get there for my appointment time. They told me to go ahead and bring it in and they'd make sure it got done. I work nearby so I usually leave my car at the dealership for the day and take their complimentary shuttle service to my office. It was long past the last scheduled shuttle time but they made it available to me anyway, which I really appreciated. -- Gabriel was friendly and professional. He reviewed the services my car was current on and those that which were needed. He answered all my questions and I never felt any pressure to have anything done that I didn't want done. -- It was a great experience...as usual. More

I was informed that tires were showing tread wear...maybe good for another 2-6 mos depending on use. Knowing that we'd be driving an excessive amount in the next few months, plus, during the month of April, tires were on special (buy 3 get 4), I opted to get them replaced that day as well. Even if I was persuaded to get something a few months before I really had to, I think of it as a win-win. I surely would not want to be hydroplaning during spring shower/storm season. More

Holiday weekend emergency! I was visiting from Omaha when my Prius would not start. Shop Service replaced the radio under warranty because issue of radio coming on while driving. New Radio came on once yesterday again while driving. This is sec replaced the radio under warranty because issue of radio coming on while driving. New Radio came on once yesterday again while driving. This is second radio replacement under warranty. Could the problem possibly be a connection or wire? What will be the coverage on this issue when my warranty runs out? I will only bring the truck back in to the shop if this issue is a problem.
