Love ED! I bought my 2015 Toyota Camry last night from Ed at Jay Wolfe. Ed is wonderful. He made a stressful process stress free. I brought my 13 yr old daug I bought my 2015 Toyota Camry last night from Ed at Jay Wolfe. Ed is wonderful. He made a stressful process stress free. I brought my 13 yr old daughter with me for the test drive. She ended up requesting to come back for the final paperwork knowing she could be there for several hours just to see Ed. I ended up getting a great deal and actually had fun buy a car. Who thought that was possible. Thanks Jay Wolfe and a Huge THANK YOU to ED YOUNG!! More

He never rushed me and I did take a lot of time to make up my mind. He took much time with me explaining everything on the car and then explained the difference between the LE, XLE, and Limited. He really knew those cars. This is the second car I bought from Jay Wolfe and will return to buy a third. More

The lounge is very nice with a variety of refreshments and friendly staff as well. (One suggestion I would make is either more outlets or phone charging stations...if you're there for a length of time and don't sit by the outlet or do like I did and bring battery back up, you can really have a drain on your phone). Josh is very friendly and courteous and willing to work with you, especially explaining the most important things that need to be done if your like me, and need to some times parse out the repairs over time. More

He seemed to skip over the issue and go to the next customer which bother me. This is my first new car and I wanted to really take care of it. When I came to pick it up Tony was with a different customer so a another person helped me (Sorry I did not catch he name, I think he was one of the mechanics) I asked about the wavier. He give me a honest answer that he did not know about it but then asked if I wanted to talk to a service manager who could answer the question then he took the effort to find the manager. After the manager explained the waiver I felt I lot happier about my service. So for Tony I would give him 3 stars but for the Young Man with Dark hair and the manager I would give them 5 stars. More

He also took the time to show me a safety concern with the tires which I was unaware of. He did not pressure sale, and he was helpful in showing me options for tires. More
