Excellent experience I went in for scheduled experience. I was greeted immediately on arrival in a friendly, courteous manner. Tony went through the options I had select I went in for scheduled experience. I was greeted immediately on arrival in a friendly, courteous manner. Tony went through the options I had selected, and removed some that had already been performed in the prescribed period. He recommended another necessary service, and when inspection showed a problem with windshield wipers, suggested replacing those as well. The service took a little less than the predicted amount of time, and my car was in great repair and washed when Tony finished with final processing. More

Horrible Customer Service I called and the service department was not helpful. When talking to the assistant manager, did not even care but kept empty promises. Did not even talk to the person who did not help to solve the problem. Employees have no confidence and poor judgement. I called and left a message and still nobody called. They have horrible sense of caring. I would not recommend anybody to call or leave a message as they will not be helped. I asked for the GM and told, was not arround. Nobody handles customers like other dealers. It is a shame. More

Good experience The lady we worked with was great. She was very helpful and worked with us to get what we needed. The car was obviously pretty clean to be shown but it had a footprint on the door, rocks on the dash, and a little gunk on several places that I thought would be taken care of when we were waiting on it to be detailed.
