Great service We just had our 20,000 mile tune up. Everything was great. The service guy who helped me was friendly and easy to talk to. 6mos checkup I was told by Josh in service it would take about 75mins for my 6 month checkup. Kenny took the time to show and explain the safety features of several different vehicles. He patiently explained to me several times, I am older and got confused about all the technology. This was the first time I have ever purchased a vehicle without my dad or husband to help me. Kenny then walked through all the features with my daughter and showed her how to set up her phone with the radio and how to use all the other features. We are very pleased with the 2015 RAV4 Limited. Kenny's knowledge and kindness made this experiance an excellent one for my daughter and I. More
