Josh is SUPERB! I called Jaywolfe Toyota for a service and I was told that they're going to call me back to set up an appointment. I thought I'd never get a call bac I called Jaywolfe Toyota for a service and I was told that they're going to call me back to set up an appointment. I thought I'd never get a call back but it's totally tge other way around. Josh called me back, set up an appointment that suits our schedule. When we got to the location everyone was welcoming and Josh was very pleasant. He walked us to the waiting area since the service will take 3-4 hours we enjoyed walking around looking at great cars while waiting and boom the service was done less than 3 hours. We had asked Josh questions and he was more than willing to answer our questions. I will definitely go back there in the near future the 20min drive going there is worthwhile :-) More

No hassle I went to get the oil change on my Sienna and had concern about the sunroof. Also, I had to have my Prius serviced in a different state recently, and the waiting area was not nearly as nice as at Jay Wolfe. It made me appreciate all the extras in the waiting area at Jay Wolfe even more than usual. More

If they should find anything more then what they thought they come and explain their findings, The additional cost if any and make sure you want them to continue.
