They have good records because they can look up all the maintenance I've had done with them so I can make an informative decision whether I should have a particular service done at that time. I won't take my car anywhere else - even for an oil change. I can't give a relaistic review on pricing since I've never taken my car anywhere else - just not worth the risk. More
