No Hurry. We weren't in any hurry and told the sales people that. They didn't put any pressure on us to "buy today." We told them what price range we were looking for and what we wanted our payment to be. There was never any pressure to go any higher (we've experienced that at other places in the past). Also, we brought in an ad from the Internet that showed a price on the car we bought that was substantially lower than the price on the sticker. This was the price that we paid for the car with no arguments or excuses. We came back a few times and, when we were ready to make a purchase, it was taken care of quickly and professionally. More

Tony Toy - Long Trip Checkout turned into Electrical Problem I'd broken my wrist and brought my 06 Highlander Hybrid to JWT for a checkout because I was going on a long driving trip from Kansas City to Colorado, I'd broken my wrist and brought my 06 Highlander Hybrid to JWT for a checkout because I was going on a long driving trip from Kansas City to Colorado, where I intended to car camp for the duration of the training and seminars I'd paid for over a year ago. JWT checked the car over and found it to be in good shape except for a few things to be repaired, one of which I approved to be done. Thereafter, I had a coupon for a thorough car detailing. Somewhere in the midst of the detailing, though, something was done to cause the hazard lights to come on but not go off plus the air conditioner was blowing full blast. JWT couldn't find a way to reset the electrical unit and didn't recommend me driving the car to Colorado with those problems. Tony Toy, on behalf of JWT, stepped up and readily took responsibility for the electrical problem in the navigation/radio/air conditioner part. JWT found and installed the replacement part, at their cost, plus they put me into a loaner car for the drive to Colorado, plus they deducted the cost of my lodging in Colorado from the car repair balance. While I was in Colorado, JWT got my car repaired sooner than I'd expected. I found no reason to be upset about what happened at JWT (accidents happen, i.e. broken wrist) and JWT totally did right by me. Tony was always very friendly and accommodating to me. Many thanks to Tony and his supervisor for providing what I needed to get to Colorado and for repairing my car! Tony even got my CDs out of the defective electrical unit and transferred my GPS settings to the new electrical unit! Unfortunately I left a book on CD in the loaner car's CD player but I'm sure that JWT will allow me to retrieve that. More
