I knew what I wanted and the price that I was willing to pay. I was not willing to spend a lot of time haggling. I communicated by Internet providing the price that I was willing to pay. Through the Internet we agreed on the price and the vehicle. I came in to close the deal without any hassle whatsoever. I paid for the vehicle and drove it home within about 2 hours (my maximum acceptable time). I have found very few dealerships that will work this way and they are the only ones that I will return to purchase another vehicle. Ed Young at Jay Wolfe Toyota did an excellent job. More

I am a repeat customer and have always been treated well. I didn't appreciate a call from the manager as I was driving to my appt asking me if I was keeping said appt. I am an RN who spent many years working in an ER and prior to this car I just bought I didn't have Bluetooth. Driving and talking on the phone isn't safe and I do it in emergent situations, not to "chat" or conduct business. Old school I know....but I'm safer than most distracted drivers. :) More

Great service and polite and friendly staff. Even though they were busy, they got my car in for my scheduled appointment and was serviced promptly. They told me during inspection I had a parking light out and when I decided to have it replaced they immediately got my car back in the shop and it was completed quickly. My car was washed and when I found grease spots on the car a service staff member came out and cleaned the areas right away. All the staff were very attentive and friendly!! More

David Rank was very courteous and kind to explain the reasons for a brake flush to me. He made sure I received credit for my coupon for the oil change. Everything was completed within a timely manner - waiting in Jay Wolfe's Lounge is very comfortable! David even walked me to where my car was instead of just saying it's out back in the lot. I've been a customer of Jay Wolfe Toyota's for over 20 years and have followed them through their different moves. Their customer and vehicle service has been extraordinaire in comparison to previous places. I highly recommend Jay Wolfe Toyota. More
