He has always been friendly, and helpful in checking in the vehicle as I have had John Juarez as service advisor on several visits to the dealership. He has always been friendly, and helpful in checking in the vehicle as well as ensuring that maintenance has been completed satisfactorily when released by service department . He frequently suggests recommended services beyond what the vehicle may be in for, but is not pushy about this. I trust his advice. I also want to compliment the dealership on the waiting area.
