0727 and 0729 4Runner service I scheduled Monday 7/27 to complete 120K mile services, have a recall update completed and identify an annoying noise coming from AC behind glove box I scheduled Monday 7/27 to complete 120K mile services, have a recall update completed and identify an annoying noise coming from AC behind glove box area. I had to complete in 2 visits due to the noise issue and investigation, time required. Gabriel O'Brien was outstanding as usual in working with me, and insuring I kept to my schedules both days. They were able to identify the problem, but based on expense and no performance issues involved agreed to not make a costly repair at this time. After Chuck left I was worried about transitioning to a new Service Adviser, but Gabriel has been outstanding to work with and has eased all those concerns. You are lucky to have him in your employ! We opted for something with a little more room, but really hadn't done any research on it. We liked the test drive, but still had some questions. Moe jumped in and had us take the vehicle home for the weekend. This helped us confirm that it was the vehicle that we wanted to purchase. We agreed upon a price very quickly. Financing was simple and quick. The process to buy a new vehicle only took a short time. Excellent experience. More
