With regard to normal maintenance of a vehicle and check in service I give JWT a higher rating. However, with regard to actually a maintenance request outside of normal routine maintenance I give them a ve in service I give JWT a higher rating. However, with regard to actually a maintenance request outside of normal routine maintenance I give them a very low rating. I have a AC/Heating Fan does from time to time quit working. This presents a real problem when it is really hot with dogs and grandkids in the car and when it is really cold and I need heat, defrost, etc. I have brought car in several times now and no resolution. I looked on internet today and found several items service department should and could check. They has not been happening. My friend talked me into buying a Toyota at JWT because their service is outstanding. You have not lived up to that reputation as far as my experience goes. More

I don't make reservations because I never know when I can bring my vehicle in. As always the staff is so friendly and very helpful in answering my questions such as when did I bring it in last, what do I ne bring my vehicle in.
