Jay Wolfe Toyota has, for some time, been striving to be that sort of automobile dealer. We have leased three vehicles and purchased another over the past eight years. Over that time I have seen the management of this dealership endeavor to set a high bar when it comes to sales and service. They receive very good marks in both areas. The most recent thing that I have noticed is their website where each employee is pictured with the ability to "chat" or email them directly. Several years ago, they opened a customer waiting area with flat screens, WiFi, quality food prepared to order, and comfortable seating along with a patio for those who care to wait outside or to have a smoke. Very high marks from me here! More
