Best truck buying experience ever! We started looking for a Tundra several months ago. We happened to be in Kansas city and found ourselves at Jay Wolfe. It was raining outside so we just drove over to where the trucks were parked to just take a quick look to hopefully not bother any of the sales associates. It didn't work lol! Out of the showroom we see this young lady with and umbrella jogging towards us. We feel horrible that she is out in this. She gets to us and introduces herself as Jessica. She shows us the trucks and we even test drive one. She is amazing! We let her know that we aren't ready at that time to purchase, but will be in the short future. As we leave my husband and I both talk about how great of an experience she gave us even in the rain. We looked at other Toyota dealers one also in Kansas city and another closer to our home. There was no question in our minds of where we wanted to go when we were ready to purchase the truck, Jay Wolfe. We came back and Jessica remembered us and she reminded us of why we chose this dealership. She is so helpful, outgoing, and knowledgeable. She just makes the experience so much better. She is not the only one. We also dealt with Will and Dustin to complete the deal. I have purchased a few cars and I can say this by far was the best overall experience I have ever had. Everyone works hard to get us what we wanted and in the price range we were comfortable with. I have already been telling everyone I know to come visit your dealership. More

Overall, I was quite impressed with the helpful staff at JayWolfe Toyota, and the way they made us feel welcome and didn't push things that we weren't ready to commit to.
