At the time my spouse answered the email saying we would consider it. A month and change later I wandered onto the lot during a bicycle ride and spoke with Evan Helmuth, a relatively new sales associate who was very patient and took the time to explain many options and provided information and initial pricing for vehicles I had expressed an interest in, as well as providing a very fair trade-in value for my current vehicle. I met with Evan on Friday and Saturday, and, after a bit of end of the day action, I met with a very patient and personable Mike Margolin and took the vehicle home over Sunday to test drive and see if the car would grow on me and my lovely wife. She and I concurred that it was a good choice and I met with Mike on Monday to talk numbers and begin to close the sales cycle. We arrived at a very good deal by the end of the visit and the next day we closed the deal. I was able to address a few issues with the car consisting of seat stains and a minor ding satisfactorily and parlay a few free oil changes into the deal in writing. I met with Dustin Howerton in Finance who did the final number crunching and came up with a final deal that involved rolling over my existing extended warranty from my previous vehicle and a reduced interest rate. I rate the experience as very pleasant, professional and friendly. The only let down was that the guys who did the final detailing were not very thorough, as there were several grimy areas remaining on the dash and display area that should have been addressed prior to the release of the vehicle; I could have pointed it out but that's their job to see these things and correct them. Other than that, I was was very satisfied with my experience. This is the third vehicle my wife and I have purchased from Jay Wolfe in the Northland, and the fifth for our extended family. More

65K Service Brought my Highlander in for its 65K service. The service manager was very cordial. After service was performed, the service manager advised that th Brought my Highlander in for its 65K service. The service manager was very cordial. After service was performed, the service manager advised that the battery terminals needed cleaning, the charge was $39.99. I said OK and service was performed. When completed the service manager advised that after they cleaned the terminals, the car would not start. Since they told me that it just needed cleaning, they did not want to also tell me that I now needed a battery. So, as a gesture of goodwill, they replaced the battery, a $149.99 service, for the cost of the battery cleaning. Needless to say, I was surprised and grateful!!! I've done business with Jay Wolfe Toyota for 15 years and never had a problem with them. Compared to other dealerships I've dealt with in the past, Jay Wolfe Toyota is the best hands down!!!! More
