It's fine, but I always feel like the highest priority is to up-sell me on additional services that are likely overpriced and low value. I do appreciate that the lounge is comfortable, but in the time of Covid-19, sitting in a room with a dozen other people (many not wearing masks) seems like a TERRIBLE idea. So I sat outside. More

The things that make our usual visit above average weren't available this time. No car wash (we understand why not the inside due to COVID concerns but not sure why the outside can't be washed) and n weren't available this time. We pay a higher service simply because we like those extras but the price was still the same for a service. We have a slow leak in our tire and no resolution was made. I guess we are expected to continue to put air in it every couple of weeks! More

I had an appointment for 10:30 on Saturday morning for an oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:15 and was met and checked in promptly by a service adviser. During their work on my car they found a s oil change and tire rotation. I arrived at 10:15 and was met and checked in promptly by a service adviser. During their work on my car they found a screw in one of my tires which was able to be plugged. I am grateful they found that. I did not leave the dealership until a little after noon. One hour and 45 minutes is way too long for an oil change, tire rotation, and putting a plug in a tire. Especially since I had an appointment! It felt like even with an appointment it was more like first come, first served. I would like to continue bringing my vehicle to this dealership but I am not sure I will. More
