Drop-Off Fair, Pick-up Exceptional I dropped off my vehicle on a Friday afternoon for a Saturday appointment (10,000 mile service). There was a bit of commotion going on with a young lady, a customer whom one of the reps decided to flirt with. When Randy got to me, he noticed little of my information was in the system and my truck was defined incorrectly based on the VIN. He was quite courteous, took my phone number and got me on my way. I think he could tell I was a little frustrated. On Monday morning around 7, I contacted the service department and spoke with Randy. I informed him I would be there in 20 minutes to pick up my truck. Due to the drop in temperature, Randy had the air pressure on the tires checked again and when I showed up, the truck was a mere 30 feet from me to drive off. Time in the service area? Less than 5 minutes. That made my day! Thank you Randy. More

Fly In, Purchase and Drive Home I searched at Cars .com and narrowed my vehicle to around 5 choices. Wolfe Toyota was 600 miles away and had the 2016 Tacoma I was searching for. I felt it was a fair price (I've owned over 70+ cars and usually use an auto broker so I don't have to deal directly with a Dealership). I placed a deposit on it and flew from Denver to KC to pick it up. I spent the night by the airport and the next day Evan picked me up at my hotel exactly when he said he would. During the test drive Evan demonstrated the features of this fine truck. He was well versed with this brand new model with all of it's new technology. After a test drive it was a go for me. Troy had prepared all the appropriate paperwork so I could get on the road home. The entire process took under an hour once I got to the dealership. The car was already serviced and ready for my 10 hour drive back to Denver. I enjoyed the experience and absolutely love my 2016 Toyota Tacoma. More
