My service advisor, Tony, was very p On 11/18/2015, I took my 2014 Highlander to Jay Wolfe for the 20,000 mile maintenance and 4 small warranty items. My service advisor, Tony, was very professional and knowledgeable, and spent extra time checking on past warranty work that was not corrected. The assistant service manager, Tony, was also very helpful and professional. He explained the extended 45,000 mile service offer and checked on floor mats that was ordered during the 15,000 mile maintenance to make sure they were still there to be installed in my suv.
