The service dept. was more interested in trying to selling parts and tires than providing information when I arrived at dealership @9.59 for a 10am appt..at 10:05 a lady who was talking on the phone selling parts and tires than providing information when I arrived at dealership @9.59 for a 10am appt..at 10:05 a lady who was talking on the phone saw me and waived for me to come inside she was still on the phone talking and of course to some one about needing to buy a part. When she finished she said do you have an appt. I said YES a 10am she said do you have your keys I said they are in the car she said are you dropping off the car or staying with it I said staying she said you can wait in the other room I said I have a question due the the C-19 I am here for my 1500 mile or 3rd service and I received a e-mail saying my service time of 20,000 mikes or 25 months would be up on Dec.20 2020 that's why the cart only has 14,109 miles she did something on the computer oh don't worry you have something that i did not have any idea what she she was talking about. so I thought I would find some on that could help but no so I just sat down and waited 45 mins. she came out and handed me the keys and pointed out the window to my car I ask did the tech. reset button. she said I assume he did I said I went thru that on serve 2 and did not check and kept getting alerts had to drive back and get it done she said well I can go out and check it for you took the keys walked off not very happy it was she walked away I left but still have no idea what she was talking about. can someone send an email and explain it to me Your friendly customer service in the Service Dept. is not what it was back on March 27 my last visit.
