Unprofessional and Pushy I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of this dealership and the way we were treated. We negotiated for about an hour on our price and decided to go I was shocked at the unprofessionalism of this dealership and the way we were treated. We negotiated for about an hour on our price and decided to go with another dealership because they had a better warranty. When we let the associate know this, he ranted to me over text message saying we didn't give him a chance. I finally had to block him so he wouldn't text me anymore. The paper we were given by the dealership said "FINAL" offer. We really wanted to buy from a local, Northland dealership, but after this experience, I'm glad we took our money elsewhere. In the future, please be more understanding and not so pushy. More

Amazing Car Salesperson! Ok, you know how it is on t.v. Heck, you may have even seen it happen in real life. You go to a car dealership and the next thing you know someone is Ok, you know how it is on t.v. Heck, you may have even seen it happen in real life. You go to a car dealership and the next thing you know someone is talking loud to you and then pushing you to buy. It's one of the reasons why I dislike "hard sells." I just want some information so I can make a good decision. Come at me with a "hard sell" and I just want to punch you in the nose! BUT, along comes Jessica! She's knowledgeable, attentive, listening to me blather about my list of wants and then seeing if she has what I think I want as well as some suggestions that I may not have thought about. It's people like her that make me want to go back instead of walk out the door and never return! More
