I asked to check my tier pressures and they did not put them down on th summery form. I told him I was going to Branson Monday and check the tiers for gas mileage. I had gotten a alinement tree mouth ago I don't think you're guy can read your machine or he was rushing through the job to fast to get proper reading. 5000 mile car check Jason was there to greet us and take care of us and our car. He showed us around and took us inside to the waiting area and we were given drinks and Jason was there to greet us and take care of us and our car. Tire warranty This dealer only covers a 2 year warranty on tires it sells, regardless of the number of miles on the tires. I bought 4 Michelin's there 2 and 1/2 yea This dealer only covers a 2 year warranty on tires it sells, regardless of the number of miles on the tires. I bought 4 Michelin's there 2 and 1/2 years ago, have only put 40k miles on them, and one of them has a problem. No coverage, even though Michelin warranty is 6 years and way over 40k miles. I now have to work with Michelin directly to get it covered. The person I dealt with was nice and professional, but from a consumer/dealership perspective this is terrible customer service -- wasting my time by not standing behind the product you sold me...
