It was an ok experience but the salesman should not have ridden with us during the test drive. I thought this was prohibited due to the current pandemic circumstances but I didn't question him at the time w ridden with us during the test drive. Riding with us felt like an unnecessary risk. The price negotiation felt like our business didn't matter even though we were significantly less demanding than most customers (knew exactly what we were looking for in our vehicle). The extended warranty sales pitch was over the top and felt pushy. By the end of the sales pitch from Rena, I still wasn't going to buy the warranty but I was questioning the reliability of the Toyota brand as a whole! Heather Young was pleasantly persistent over the last few months with a few different pricing requests and questions about certain models. She is clearly working hard to cultivate relationships with new customers and is a great asset for the Jay Wolfe team! We did appreciate the work from your team who cleared the snow off of the three cars we looked at! More
Excellent service providing transportation to home and back to toyota. My service was done with just one day without the car and the drivers delivering the car were prompt.
