Wait times are getting ridiculous - over two hours for a standard service appointment? This shouldn't take more than 30 to 45 minutes. I was there just an oil change only. I literally saw them being the car around after and it sat in front for 25-30 minutes before they called my name. I went to inquire about it after 15 minutes but my servi being the car around after and it sat in front for 25-30 minutes before they called my name. We’ve been getting it serviced there for six years. I don’t want to go back there anymore and am highly considering a new place. It’s just not run efficiently. More
