Wait times are getting ridiculous - over two hours for a standard service appointment? This shouldn't take more than 30 to 45 minutes. Highly disappointed in this visit as my Genuine Toyota battery failed less than a month outside the 2 year warranty and the prorated amount is based of years and not months - also had to pay an installation charge for a warranty issue??? I was there just an oil change only. I literally saw them being the car around after and it sat in front for 25-30 minutes before they called my name. I went to inquire about it after 15 minutes but my servi being the car around after and it sat in front for 25-30 minutes before they called my name. I went to inquire about it after 15 minutes but my service representative was not at the desk and was busy with something else. This is the 3rd time this has happened here. We’ve been getting it serviced there for six years. I don’t want to go back there anymore and am highly considering a new place. It’s just not run efficiently. More
