Service Center is Great, Dealer Management Personnel is Not All of my dealings with the service center, specifically John Juarez, were great, but I had a very unpleasant experience with the General Manager, Joe All of my dealings with the service center, specifically John Juarez, were great, but I had a very unpleasant experience with the General Manager, Joe Cardello. While John was helping me in the Parts & Accessory department, Joe came over to question something John had done with parking a car at the airport for a customer and he was unbelievably rude to him. The way he treated John was unacceptable in my eyes, regardless of what had been done. He was arrogant, condescending and obviously could care less that he was doing it right in front of a customer. I just stood there shocked and embarrassed for John. Thinking if he does this in front of customers I can only imagine how he treats them in private. If I had known this was how Management treated their employees and customers before I bought my car, I would have gone somewhere else. More

Service center The service center is efficient and quick enough. The only recommendation I would make is that the "cashier" at the end of the visit goes over the car The service center is efficient and quick enough. The only recommendation I would make is that the "cashier" at the end of the visit goes over the car inspection sheet. If it's printed in color, it's not so bad but the last few times it was printed in black and white and it's hard to tell what each of the gray boxes mean. More
