The team clearly explained why my service light was on and gave clear detailed recommendations on services needed and how often they are recommended. I took me truck for an MVI. I had an appointment at 8:00. I did not get my truck back till 10:30. I later looked at the Approval Notice and saw that the inspection began at 8:16 Am and was finished at 8:39 A I did not get my truck back till 10:30. I later looked at the Approval Notice and saw that the inspection began at 8:16 Am and was finished at 8:39 AM. This means that from 8:39 till 10:30 I was waiting for my truck which was already done. I don't remember who handled my ticket. More
