She knew all about the Sienna, was able to demonstrate different features and took us on a test drive. What a smooth ride..... She gave us a brochure and the sales information to take home and discuss. The customer service, knowledge and politeness of Rep. Jessica Velasco, along with the test drive. Helped us make the decision to fill out the online Finance application and have the purchase process underway when we go in to complete the purchase. Everything has gone very smoothly.
