Oil change and overview check I planned on a oil and filter change and it was recommended by Jason Fischer that I also have the brake and power steering changed, based upon their l I planned on a oil and filter change and it was recommended by Jason Fischer that I also have the brake and power steering changed, based upon their length of time in service. I chose to have the brake fluid changed. During the visit a cut in one of tires and and a whole in the power steering were discovered. Jason took me into the shop and showed me each situation. Since I got the tires from Sam's Club, I said I would deal with them on that. For the power steering rack, Jason worked me up a quote and due to the time required for the work and the cost, I decided to schedule that work for a later time. All was done in a very professional manner by Jason. More

I read on-line after I left that there were more incentives that I wasn't offered. After I signed the paperwork the business manager scared me a lot. He told me all the things that could go wrong with my brand new car. I understand that he was trying to sell me additional insurance but he made me really regret my purchase. It took me almost a week to get over that sick to my stomach feeling and begin to enjoy my car. I felt that I was spending a great deal of money and I should've walked out of there happy and excited. I did not! However my salesman was very kind and seemed to care for me and my needs. The internet salesman was very quick to respond to me. She is really why I drove 100 miles to KC instead of choosing something closer to home. I would still recommend this dealer because I believe Toyota is a quality vehicle. More
