Very professional! I went there interested in a used car. I met with Joe Cardello based on a recommendation from Brad Shull. Joe guided me to the 2018 Camry XLE and ev I went there interested in a used car. I met with Joe Cardello based on a recommendation from Brad Shull. Joe guided me to the 2018 Camry XLE and even went with me on a test drive. He knew this was a little more than I intended to spend so worked a fabulous deal that I could not resist. Mike Margolin was the Sales Specialist who worked with me on the final details. He was exceptional! Very friendly, knowledgeable and organized! More

We were pleased throughout the whole process -- sales staff, finance staff, the administrative staff who helped us in many ways, and in the beautiful physical layout of the dealership. We were especially happy that Jay Wolfe honored the USAA car-buying service. Our sales representative, Michael Margolin, and our finance manager, James Birch, coordinated the process perfectly. Unlike others he is a straight shooter very honest and works hard to exceed customer experiences and expectations. We need more people like Mr. Daniels Jay Wolfe should be lucky to have him as an employee. Quick and easy Went in for 10,000 mi service included by Toyota. Made the appointment on line, picked an available time and then got an email confirmation. Went to the dealer service department at appointment time and got right in. Service was completed in under an hour while I waited in the lounge area and enjoyed a panini sandwich. When the service was completed the service writer went over all of the check points and asked if there were any questions. I left in a freshly washed vehicle. Overall great experience. More
