After I expressed interest in models the team reached out 1x to schedule a meeting and respected me when I said that I would be interested to look on a specific day several weeks out. Closer to the day I wanted to visit, they followed up and scheduled the appointment. I did my research and knew what I wanted. The team was helpful, direct, and asked questions to more experienced staff if they didn't know the answer. It was quick and efficient.
