Terrible communication and service Avoid this dealer at all costs. I wanted a car that was at one of their sister dealerships in TN (website said vehicle was available for transfer) and Avoid this dealer at all costs. I wanted a car that was at one of their sister dealerships in TN (website said vehicle was available for transfer) and was going to have it moved to the Overland Park location. I was in contact with at least 3 people at the OP location and received absolutely TERRIBLE service from all of them. One of my first inquiries when I found the car I wanted was asking them to get me interior pictures of the car (there were none on the website at first) and was it a smokers car, I also wanted them to put some numbers together so we could start the process. This is where they apparently forgot how to communicate. I sent them numerous messages asking them to contact me and NOBODY would ever call me back. I sent a message asking if they wanted my business, they responded with the typical cookie cutter "I'm sorry for the inconvenience." Still no callback from them. I finally tried to call them and was transferred to Ibrahim which was one of the original people I had talked to before. He said he would call over to the other dealership and call me back in 10 minutes, the call NEVER came. I called back about 10 minutes before they closed asking for him, they put me on hold with the impression I would get to talk to him then came back and said he wasn't available when I had just talked to him not long before that, seems he was probably getting ready to leave for the day and didn't want to bother. I then was sending more messages back and forth with Karl whom Brittney had put me in contact with before. He said he would have Ibrahim get back with me and he never did. I sent Karl a message saying nobody had called me. He said the same cookie cutter response of sorry for the inconvenience and said he would get one of his managers to call me. Guess what, it didn't happen. I sent another message saying nobody had called me. He again "apologized" and said things were crazy with the beginning of a new month which sounds like a terrible excuse for not communicating with me for days. Then Karl proceeded to lie and say someone tried to reach out to me. This was completely false since my call logs didn't show any calls from them nor did I have any voicemails either. Again I NEVER received a call and when I asked about it AGAIN I got the "sorry for the inconvenience" response. Karl then proceeded to blame the other dealership for not getting back with them. If they really wanted to sell me a car then they could have put forth more effort in getting the information from that other dealership. I AGAIN inquired if they heard anything from the dealership and AGAIN Karl told me they had heard nothing and "sorry for the inconvenience" but added the word "sincerely" this time. After Karl said he would again check with his manager I heard nothing. More time passes and I still haven't heard anything. I send another message asking if they heard anything. Brittney then sends a response with ANOTHER lie saying someone tried to reach out to me via phone. This never happened, no call logs or voicemails showed any attempted contact from them. Brittney also said she "would speak to her manager and have someone call me as well as email to ensure we make contact." Then she asked what the best time to reach me would be and I said anytime. Since then I have received no calls and no messages from them which I guess at this point I shouldn't be surprised. After dealing with Brittney, Ibrahim, and Karl from this dealership over the course of 1-2 weeks and their lack of communication, lies, and cookie cutter apologies I can say this is the absolute worst car buying experience I have ever had. I will not be buying a car from this dealership and would suggest steering clear of it so you don't get the same treatment I did. More

Fun Experience It all started with a very good website that helped me find the exact car I wanted. Then the initial phone contact was fun, friendly and informative. It all started with a very good website that helped me find the exact car I wanted. Then the initial phone contact was fun, friendly and informative. We were able to set a time to meet, and it just got better from there. The receptionist made us feel very welcome, and then there was Blair and the car I wanted. Blair was so good to work with. My wife and I really enjoyed doing business with him. He knows, and can easily explain, all the bells and whistles on the car. When it came to making the deal, Blair was low pressure, and I felt he really wanted a fair deal for all. The whole team seemed to understand our particular situation, and offered, but did not push for extras that didn't make sense for us. Bottom line: love the car and appreciate the professionalism of the team. Ask for Blair Redmond if you need an Acura in your life. More
