Car salesmen have a bad reputation and are perceived as not trustworthy, but Ibrahim breaks that reputation. I feel like he is wanting the best for me. The negotiating and going back and forth with the finances is easy because of him. Even if there seems to be a break of trust by finance, Ibrahim is he bridge. He is the reason we got this car and will be the reason we come back. This process to be honest would have ended with us walking away or at least thinking about other Acura dealers for the future but with his damage control and willingness to make us feel that we can trust him that he would do his best for us to make things right is what we will remember.
