Dealer went above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. Transaction started smooth, took vehicle (used) for an extended test drive to ensure comfort level with the deal. Next day, Everything went smooth, happily proceeded with deal, using my lender that I already had financing arranged through. We had requested a few items be looked at, or attended to and the Hendrick Acura obliged without a problem. Luke McCrumb was great to deal with, along with Laura in finance, Koltan and Monty, sales managers. Their was another sales manager, I think, involved but unfortunately do not remember his name. After the sale, things could have went very south, we had run into a problem with one of the issues the dealer was to take care of in the "we owe". They did attempt to take care of the issue in a timely manner, but unfortunately it cause another issue with the vehicle in which we are still trying to rectify. Fortunately, with the certified used warranty in place, this issue will be covered. However, it takes time for the original paperwork to get processed and get the warranty activated. This made me weary because i would be without my vehicle until the warranty got activated in their system. It should be clear that the issue caused with the vehicle was not even done by their dealership, but by another NOT owned by them. They apologized for the inconvenience (that was not even their fault) and in turned offered me a loaner (which i still have), and even offered to bring it to me, while i was waiting on my vehicle. Their dealership does not even currently have my vehicle, yet they still offered me a loaner for the inconvenience it has caused. I cant say enough about how these guys/gals will bend over backwards to make sure the customer is satisfied. So i am currently in possession of a 2018 Acura, very nice vehicle, with impressive features, until I get back the vehicle i originally purchased from them. I would definitely not hesitate to recommend to others, or purchase another vehicle from them. David E. More
