Warmth and superb customer service! My husband and I decided to look outside of our dedication to another luxury brand. We visted Hendrick Acura and was instantly impressed with Melissa’ My husband and I decided to look outside of our dedication to another luxury brand. We visted Hendrick Acura and was instantly impressed with Melissa’s warmth, knowledge and customer service. We initially were considering a CPO and changed our minds 3 times - yes 3 times and went from a MDX Tech CPO to a new 2019 MDX Tech then to the 2019 MDX Tech & A-Spec in performance red. Not once did we feel they were inconvenienced or irritated with our changes. Since they did not have this model on hand they located it in less than a week! Compared to previous years of purchasing other vehicles - the time spent working out all the typical ‘paperwork’ was shortened considerably. And our new MDX is absolutely stunning inside and out! For those out there wanting a sporty Mid size SUV you need to check out the A Spec model and request Melissa for this model and all others! Thank you! More

Excessive or high prices Carol was pleasant and nice to deal with . She came and showed me engine air filter and cabin air filter and recommend they be replaced. The cabin air filter had some small leaves in it and was a little dirty. I think she said the one filter was $119 and the other was over $50. I said don’t replace. I came home and took out the air filters rather easily and they had just put the filter back in without EVEN trying to clean or take leaves out. I realize the dealership has to make money but when I can buy the filters for UNDER $20 each and it takes me literally 2 minutes to replace filters and you want to charge over $160 I think that is too excessive and I would NEVER think about using your services for something so simple More

They then gave me a brand new loaner vehicle (2019 RDX) to drive, which made me want to trade up! Overall a wonderful experience. I will be back for all of my service in the future. More
